The Simple Version
By using FareBoost, you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ and a licensed driver. Pay your monthly
subscription, use the app fairly, and we'll provide surge tracking to help you earn more. Don't try to hack or
misuse the service.
Who Can Use FareBoost
You must be:
- At least 18 years old (or legal driving age in your area)
- A licensed rideshare driver (Uber, etc.)
- Able to create and maintain your account
We can refuse or cancel accounts at our discretion.
Your Account
You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login information secure
- All activity on your account
- Paying your subscription on time
To delete your account and data, email us at support@fareboost.ca
Subscription and Pricing
Monthly Subscription: $9.99 CAD/month after your 7-day free trial. We may change pricing with
advance notice.
What You Can't Do
Don't:
- Hack or reverse engineer the app
- Share your account with others
- Try to break or overload our servers
- Copy or resell FareBoost data
- Remove copyright notices or try to steal our code
- Use automated tools to scrape our data
Service Availability
We work hard to keep FareBoost running 24/7, but:
- Sometimes we need maintenance breaks
- Technical issues happen occasionally
- We're not liable for lost earnings during outages
We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Use the service inappropriately
- Fail to pay your subscription
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us.
Disclaimers
Important: FareBoost provides surge data to help you make informed decisions, but we can't
guarantee specific earnings. Rideshare driving involves risks and market fluctuations beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
We're not responsible for:
- Lost earnings or business opportunities
- Decisions you make based on our data
- Technical issues with your device or rideshare apps
- Indirect or consequential damages

- If needed, disputes are governed by Quebec, Canada law
